AC motor / drive controlling the trolley, and DC motor / drives on both Hoist and Swing
giving superb handling under the heaviest of loads. Also included is a; SMIE zone protection
system, and an extensive "spare parts"
package worth over $130,000 dollars.
This crane has been; Operated, Serviced, and Maintained ( including State inspections ) by "Myself"
giving me firsthand experience to confirm that this Tower Crane is in excellent working condition,
reliable, and a very productive crane, especially for it's size!

My visit to the Kroll factory during the manufacturing of a K1800
Foundation / Base placement / Counterweights casting
Delivery started on January 6th, 2011 A total of 19 truck loads; 10 shipping containers and 9 flat-beds
While finishing off mast sections, assembly started on slew ring, tower top, and operators cab / wiring
250 foot of jib arrives and assembly commences.
Counter Jib = 56,000 lb. - Complete slew ring = 120,000 lb. - Complete Jib = 131,000 lb.
